Martin 5 - Used At MTA

1. Respond to adults.
2. Make eye contact.
3. Respect other students' comments, opinions, and ideas.
4. When walking in line keep your arms at your sides, and move quietly.
5. No matter the circumstances, always be honest.

In my first grade placement.... If a rule was broken, they were warned. Then, if that same rule was broken again, they moved their clip from green to yellow and they had one lap at recess. If they were reminded another time, they must move their clip to orange and they have 2-3 laps at recess. Then after that, if they were warned again, a note went home or a phone call to the parent

In third grade if they disobeyed one of the rules, they must pull a stick. They started the day with no stick. They have one warning. After the warning, they must pull a yellow stick which means ten mins of recess on the fence. After that, its an orange stick and 15 mins of recess on the fence. Then after that, its a red stick and 20 mins of recess on the fence and a note to the parents
